Funeral cost and support for LilyAnn

Hi my name is Jeff Wade Foraker. My 40 year old son Jeffer Joseph Foraker died suddenly on Oct 24. He left behind a grieving family. His long term girl friend is Nicole and his 18 month old daughter is named Lilyann.

Instead of flowers, I am requesting donations for Nicole and Lilyann. I have covered all costs needed so far. Donated funds will be used to support Lilyann going forward.
