Daughters Car Expense

Hello, my name is Gale and I am on this site to try and obtain help. My luck totally turned around in 2013. My sister developed breast cancer in 2010 and by 2013 her cancer had spread to her brain and lungs. My mom was diagnosed with Dementia/Alzheimer’s as well. They both lived in Tennessee and I was 500 miles away in Maryland. So now my mom, who for the last 20 years was being taken care of by my sister, was faced with taking care of her eldest daughter. I visited and helped as often as I could. I was working for the state and would use my leave whenever I could save enough to use. I came in August of 2013 and in September my sister passed away. My mom’s health continued to go downhill from there. I stayed until October 2013, when I was contacted by a neighbor who told me my residence in Maryland had flooded and black mold was evident and I had but a few options. Get it fixed, sell it, or move it from the property it was on. I did not know which way to go with this situation.
I was trying to find someone to help me look after my mom. I couldn't leave her without someone checking on her. I also found that I had to deplete my 401k to get my home repaired. I was lucky enough to find a neighbor to repair it and that was the end of my savings. I came back to Maryland at the end of October and went back to work. Realizing there was no one to be with my mom all day long, I decided to quit my job and go live with my mom. Shortly after, my daughter informed me she was expecting my first grandchild. I went to be with my daughter for the birth of my granddaughter while my son temporarily moved from Asia to help me. I then left Maryland and returned to Tennessee for Thanksgiving.
It has been extremely hard for me to find a job and without work, and with no money, I have not been able to pay my bills. The company that holds the title to my car refuses to work with me. I had to use my retirement fund to move to Tennessee and pay all the bills that I could to be caught up. So now I am trying to find employment and take care of my Mom. Things seem to be piling up financially and I have no way out. My sister’s funeral expenses are past due and there was only a tiny bit of insurance available.
I have always been one to help others, take care of my two children, and help my mom. Now I need to reach out and hope that someone can help us. I would truly appreciate anything. Thank you and God Bless.
