My name is Marleny Iraheta and I am one of eight children of Ricardo Iraheta.

Our dad was an amazing father, loving husband, and friend to all. He passed away at the age of 59 years young. Over the course of his life he's had medical issues, but he always fought through them and was able to come out strong. We expected this last battle to be the same. Assuring ourselves that he would make it through, we believed that we would be able to embrace him once more and that we would be reunited with his hospitalization being a distant memory.

Unfortunately, we were wrong. Our family was not prepared to face the tragic loss of our father at such an early age. Our hearts are broken as we mourn an amazing man.

We know that he's touched the lives of many people and that he will be missed dearly. We welcome any monetary donations for medical and funeral expenses in addition to prayers for our family during this difficult time.

It is not an easy reality to accept, but we will do our best to be there for one another and care for our widowed mother as we transition into a life without our dad. ❤

Nuestro papa fue un excelente hombre, un increible esposo, y el mejor amigo para todos. Fallecio a la edad de 59 anos. Durante el transcurso de su vida tuvo difficultades medicas, y siempre supo superarlo y ser fuerte por su familia. Imaginamos que su ultima batalla seria igual. Imaginamos que saldria adelante y que volveriamos a abrazarlo una vez mas. Pensamos que nos volveriamromos a reunir despues de su hospitalisacion y que ese processo iba quedar en solo un recuerdo.

Lamentablemente nos equivocamos. Nuestra familia no estaba preparada para enfrentar la trágica pérdida de nuestro padre a una edad tan temprana. Nuestros corazones están destrozados mientras recordamos a un hombre tan asombroso.

Sabemos que nuestro papá impacto las vidas de muchos y que sera muy extrañado. Agradeceríamos qualquier donación para los costos médicos y funerarios además de oraciones para nuestra familia durante estos tiempos difíciles.

No es una realidad fácil de aceptar pero vamos hacer todo lo posible para salir adelante juntos como familia unida. Vamos apoyar y ayudar a nuestra mamá que ha quedado viuda. Vamos hacer que este proceso sea menos doloroso y poco a poco ir aceptando qué papá ya no está con nosotros. ❤
