My name is Helen. I am Valentine’s younger sister.

Sadly, Valentin passed away yesterday.

As of right now, we don’t have a lot of information, I know everyone is curious. The medical examiner believes it may have been due to natural causes (heart attack or stroke). He was young, only 35 years old. He leaves behind two beautiful baby boys, who he loved more than anything on this earth, and his partner Anjel.

Anyone who knew Valentin, knew that he would have done absolutely nothing to jeopardize his sobriety. Absolutely NOTHING!

He was working hard everyday to maintain his sobriety, to give his boys a better life. And he was doing just that!! He was a hard worker and an amazing father, any free time he had, he dedicated it to them. He lived and breathed for those boys.

Right now, we are all a little lost for words and are just trying to wrap our heads around this. This weekend we were all suppose to be together in Parker, AZ camping. He had his trunk all packed and ready to go. We were all looking forward to this camping trip and he was so excited to take his oldest son.

None of this seems real right now… we definitely were not expecting this.
