With a heavy heart, I write this in hopes of providing some support for my stepmother and our family. Like any other day, my father, Robert (Robb) Walter Daly, was on his way to a remote work location on Monday, August 22, 2022. He had just arrived in Memphis when he suddenly couldn't breathe while driving to check into his hotel room for the week. With his last breath, he was able to call 911 for an ambulance to bring him to a local ER in Olive Branch, MS. When the ENTs arrived, they found him unresponsive. The ER and hospital staff did all they could to revive him, but ultimately he was a victim of congestive heart failure diagnosed just a month earlier.

This last month was an exciting and adventure-filled time with Robb. He took a vacation to Duluth and spent time relaxing with his wife. Even some of his children last saw him a month ago for his 69th birthday. Last weekend was going to be a joyous time having a BBQ. Unfortunately, his loss was so sudden that no plans were in place to help the family determine how he would like to be remembered when he was no longer with us. No final expenses are available to help cover his funeral. With getting ready for retirement, the only thing on our minds is how lucky we will be when he finally settles down to enjoy life and his grandchildren.
