I am starting this fundraiser on behalf of my best friend, Rebecca Tendler. Her son Lucas was tragically killed last night in an automobile accident. He was 17. Lucas was the kind of person that would give you the shirt off his back, a hug whenever you wanted it, and would listen to your story with a kindness and a compassion well beyond his years. He was truly an old soul. While we all mourn his loss, it’s the world that has lost out on such an amazing, loving, caring, funny, compassionate, intelligent, honest and incredibly sweet young man, whom freely added so much light and love into the darkness of the world.

At this incredibly heartbreaking time, I am asking for funds to assist his family financially through this hardship. The proceeds from this fund will go to Lucas’s funeral expenses, and any additional funding will go to his family to help support them at this most trying time. Any contributions big and small are very much appreciated, thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart in advance.
