Funeral arrangements for Lou Hornberger

Hi my name is Wendy I’m Lou Hornberger’s daughter. At 7:35 on October 25 my father passed away peacefully with his wife by his side.

 

In April 2018 my father was diagnosed with a rare disease called multiple system atrophy. MSA, as it’s called, is a fast progressive disease similar to Parkinson’s.

 

Over the last 2 1/2 years there’s been a lot of ups and downs. In 2019 we tried to go the route of research since there’s really no known cause for MSA and no treatment or cure. In 2020 he was placed in hospice.

 

My dad has always been a very loving caring person to many people. He was always willing to help people no matter what the cost. He wanted his legacy to continue by donating his brain to research so that they may find a treatment or cure for this awful disease.

 

Unfortunately there are little funds to cover his funeral costs. We are asking to donate to help fund the funeral arrangements. Please share.
