Help Send Our Angel Home to God

To everyone who may not yet have heard the news,  our dear friend, Francis Ewah died of a sudden cardiac arrest on September 22, 2019.

Anyone who knew Francis described him with two words; good and smiling. To us he was an awesome friend, a brother and family. He was an embodiment of what we all aspire to be, a good human being. Francis was always ready to help, he was indeed a kind soul, his smile was infectious, he was polite, loving and timid.  The entire world may be coming apart and he would still be ready to put his all in to save the day. You did not have to be his best friend for him to be there for you, you just had to be human  and in need. Francis did not like to be a burden on anyone not even us his friends.  He had plans and goals he hoped to achieve. We had a lot of future successes to celebrate with him and this is why we are utterly demoralized and heartbroken at his demise.

The  cardiac arrest happened suddenly in the early hours of the morning on Saturday, September 21, 2019 while he was asleep. His roommate and friend, administered CPR and called 9-1-1. He was rushed to Medical City, Arlington TX and was placed on life support in an induced coma. We prayed and prayed and everyone who knew Francis and heard about the incident rushed to be by his side, others offered Mass on his behalf, prayers on his behalf, we knocked on heavens door. However, as God will have it, both his kidneys failed, he was placed on dialysis, yet his liver gave up too and soon he was having another heart attack and was later pronounced dead on Sunday.  We believe he fought as much as he could, we are hurting and we are scarred but we place our trust in God Almighty and try our best not to question him. We ultimately lost our dear friend and brother.

Funeral plans are still being arranged, and updates regarding location and time will be posted here and through other media. Francis had no immediate family here in the U.S and we, his friends are soliciting any help no matter how little to use for his burial arrangements. We hope you all as humans are moved to help us send our friend Francis on his final journey to be with God. Help us give him one last gift, help us send him home. No contribution is too little and would only push us towards our target. thank you in advance.

It seems so hard to comprehend that you are no longer here with us Francis, but all the happy memories will help to keep you locked in our hearts forever.
Please donate in loving memory of Francis Ewah.
