FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR ELDON MORSE: NESBIT, MS

As many of you know, unfortunately Eldon passed unexpectedly while in Virginia coming to celebrate the High School Graduation of his granddaughter Marilyn. From what I hear he was an avid Pressley fan and an exceptional Family man who is preceded by an adoring wife of 49 years, 12 children (2 deceased), several grandchildren and a host of family and friends. He was a huge Elvis Pressley fan and his family had the pleasure to enjoy some songs with him during his hospital stay. I am sure he was singing right along with them and as sad as the situation was, it was oh so bitter sweet. I think this is so fitting being reminded of Mary Elizabeth Frye's Poem "Do not stand at my grave and weep", he was able to sit in his bedside with those whom he raised and loved so much listening to them sing some of his Presley favorites!!! I cannot even imagine the love filled in that room at that moment.
His daughter Melissa is someone whom I frequently speak on as MY sister, she is one of the most giving, loving, kind individuals I know. I wanted to assist with some of the expenses, as he will need to be transported from VA to MS, having funeral arrangements and such. I then received calls from others that wanted to do the same, so this gofundme is being set up on their behalf.
TO HIS FAMILY:
I CAN ONLY IMAGINE IN GOOD MIND HE WAS SINGING "PEACE IN THE VALLEY"
BUT TO HIS WIFE I KNOW HE SANG AN ALL TIME FAVORITE: ALWAYS ON MY MIND...
I do not know Elvis Presley lyrics but as I listened to some of Elvis' lyrics to understand Eldon, the man, the myth, the legend, these songs struck a cord and I hope you all continue to share the great memories in keep Eldon's memory alive.
