Funeral arrangements for Caitlin Rafter

My sister Caitlin rafter tragically passed away this past week.  It has been a truly heartbreaking and devastating experience. I never planned on losing my sister, especially this soon after my mother passed away. Caitlin was one of the kindest and most forgiving people you could ever meet.
