At 40 weeks pregnant, Matt and Cecellia went to the hospital because their son had not made any movement within the last 5 hours.  After arriving at the hospital they received the devastating news that Baby Wesley's heart beat was not found.   After 24 hours of induced labor, Cecellia was rushed in for an emergency C-section due to an infection in the amniotic fluids. This is when they found out their son Wesley had passed away due to blood clots in his umbilical cord.

Wesley Jacob Tong was born on November 28th at 8:54PM weighing 7 lbs 13 oz measuring at 21 inches.
 
They had so many plans for their growing family and had everything ready for his arrival.  Matt and Cecellia never imagined that this would happen and were not prepared for the immediate cost of arrangments needed for their infant son.

They are very heartbroken and have a long road ahead of them for healing.
