Funeral arrangements for Albert Chavez

Hi my name is Briana I am Alberts daughter, I am starting this fundraiser to be ready for my dad's passing. He is living his final days in hospice care.

It has been the hardest thing watching my Dad go from happy loving dad and grandpa to being unresponsive. He is surrounded by friends and family and he is comfortable and resting. This is an extremely difficult time for our family especially for his children and grandchildren.
