Funeral arrangements for Adam Lukachko

My name is Jennifer Hahner and my sister’s name is Amy Square. We lost our father to cancer on Sept 14,2020 at 0148 am after a long battle with cancer.  Amy’s husband , Adam Lukachko was on his way from Elyria to Madison, Ohio to be with my sister after our dad died. On his way here, he had chest pains and shortness of breath and other symptoms that lead me to believe that he needed to go to the emergency room, which he did. He was admitted to the hospital for a severe kidney infection and was discharged later the same day on oral antibiotics. 

Adam was awake and alert this morning- having eaten breakfast and took a bath. Amy saw Adam at approximately 10:30 am and when she went to tell him that we were leaving to go do funeral arrangements for our father- he was unresponsive. 

EMS was called but Adam was pronounced dead upon arrival. 

Adam has no life insurance and my sister has no immediate funds for his funeral. He was only 40 years old and had no funeral or burial plans in place. 

This is beyond comprehension to my family as to why something like this would happen. To say that we are devastated is such an understatement. 

I would never- under any circumstances- ask people for money. However my sisteris beyond devastated- in a place that no living human being should be- losing her dad and then her husband within 24 hoursof one another. 

Whatever you’re able to contribute to his funeral would be so appreciated- our family appreciates this more than you will ever know.
