Final Expenses Michael Burgess

We are requesting prayers, donations, and support for Michael and Shelly Burgess and their family.  Michael and Shelly excitedly left for vacation only days ago and are now experiencing their worst nightmare.  Michael experienced a major heart attack early this morning and was transferred from OBX NC to Norfolk, VA for treatment.  Sadly, he is on life support yet doctors have indicated it is not looking good.  We are praying for a miracle yet the family will make life changing decisions tomorrow.  This was so unexpected and all are unprepared for what's likely to come.  

For all who don't know Michael, he is an amazing person, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.  He was selfless and would give the shirt off his back to anyone.  He always made everyone laugh and made them feel like family.  He helped anyone that asked as well as jumped in to help those that didn't.  He's always been so willing to assist, is so generous with his time, skills, and funny jokes.  All who've met him and know him love him! Micheal and Shelly have always been an admired couple, their love and devotion to one another and to family is impressive.  It's hard to imagine this event could be real.    
It's hard to find the right words here because he's still with us now but it may not be for long.  We'd love to support the family in prayer to offer strength, hope and peace.  But we'd also appreciate any donations to help ease the expense for the transport from OBX, the medical treatment, final expenses, and support for Shelly over the next couple months if possible.  Their world was turned upside down in a matter of hours and we're asking for assistance to ease the burden.   

Any donation, big or small, would be greatly appreciated and would go towards these unexpected expenses and challenges.   Medical transport, hospital, potential funeral/final plans, and support for Shelly through this transition period is the reason for the request for funds.  Donations will be placed in an account for these expenses.
