Funeral and Memorial Service for William Moua
On July 2nd 2021, our beloved brother, son, and father, William Moua, died in a tragic motorcycle accident. We are devastated by his sudden passing and find solace by sharing our memories of William.
William grew up in the San Joaquin Valley of central California. He spent his earliest years bickering with 4 siblings over the Nintendo controller, reading about wildlife and their natural habitats, sketching beautiful works of art and climbing the several peach trees planted in our backyard to harvest the fruit.
As a young man, Will flourished under the mental & physical rigors of Muay Thai, but later in life he developed his softer side by doting on his dog, Sprocket. He raised his son, Jet, surrounded by devoted family members in Minnesota. Will was a good student, curious about the world and found his place in it. He was a loyal friend, mischievous prankster and hard-working provider.
Will found peace and adventure in the great outdoors. He was equally at home whipping through forest trails on his mountain bike, snowboarding on famous peaks around the country and serenely fishing some of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes. Will was always surrounded by kindred spirits who shared the same love of adventure. Anytime we crest a peak on our bikes, race the wind down a snowy slope, or gaze onto a still lake at sunrise, we know Will’s love is with us.
Will is survived by his son Jet Moua, father Nyiaj Npliam Moua, siblings Pa, Linda, Americo and Michael Moua, loving companion Kalia Lor and her children Alex, Madison, Chasity and Scarlet.

Time: 9:30 am
Donations will go towards funeral expenses and support of Will’s immediate family.
