I am Victoria, Rays youngest child. My father was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, and friend. On Friday 9/19 he went missing when out fishing in his kayak, just a week after celebrating 44 years married to my mom. I am hosting this fundraiser to help her with cremation and funeral cost and any other burden she may have in the near future.
