Asalamu alaikum

Words could never describe the amount of pain my family is facing right now. On August 13th 2021 our Mother lost her first child, Mahad Mohamed Jama. Mahad was a 25 year old young man who was suffering with Cerebral Palsy since birth with other underlining health conditions. He was the oldest of 10 and youngest of 2. Our mother, Asho Ahmed who is beyond heartbroken, is in need of help with cost for the funeral and other expenses. As a Muslim, we are required to bury our brother within the next three days.

Mahad was being raised by his single mother and 12 siblings. He was a fun, energetic and happy young man who lit up any room he entered. Mahad was fighting a long fight and it came to a end. He passed due to heart complications and during this time we just ask for dua ( prayers ) and anything else that can help the family. Thank you and may Allah reward you all.
