On November 11th, our beloved father, John W. Evans Jr., passed away unexpectedly. While our family is grieving this immense loss, this GoFundMe is being set up to help us with funeral and medical costs. Dad was hospitalized in the ICU for 4 days and underwent several costly medical procedures before succumbing to his injuries.
