Funeral and Medical Expenses for Nieto Family

To everyone who may not yet have heard the news, a dear Decatur ISD family has suffered a tragic loss in an accident on Saturday, December 21. Manuela Pedroza, mother of Seidy and Alex Nieto, died in the accident and both Seidy and Alex suffered injuries requiring emergency and medical services. Seidy is currently a Decatur ISD student and Alex graduated from Decatur High School in 2018.
Funeral plans are still being arranged, and any updates regarding locations and times will be posted here.
As you may be aware, Manuela is mother to Seidy and Alex Nieto and loving wife of Felipe Nieto. What has happened is beyond comprehension and we are all still in shock. The family is struggling to cope, so I am stepping in to assist with Manuela’s funeral expenses and medical expenses for Seidy and Alex.
We have already had numerous emails, texts and messages from people asking how to help, so this campaign has been created as a way to keep everyone up-to-date with plans, and also offer a place for messages and donations to be left.
