On December 7th, Jaydlen Shurz lost her battle to Ewing sarcoma at the age of 15. 1 day before her 16th Birthday.

Jaydlen was diagnosed in 2021 and later was announced cancer free. A few months later the cancer returned resulting in a second round of treatments.

Although she had to endure so much pain and grief she never let her spirit drop. Jaydlen always kept a positive mindset and wanted to spread that strength to others. She has two wonderful parents who have supported and been by her side the whole time and two siblings who brought her lots of joy.
