Funeral and financial support for Sochhuny Meng
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and all
It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing the death of Sochhuny Meng. He was proud and loving husband of my aunt, Sokha Mob. He was a sweetheart dad of my two loving nieces, Boramay Meng and Boramy Meng. He was the best person in whole world. His death was completely unexpected and shocked all of us.
He was so rare. Heaven truly gained an angel to be reckoned with — in the best way. He made everyone smile all the time. Everyone who knew him instantly was charmed by his great humor and addictive smile. Once you saw him smile, you wanted to make smile all the time.
My uncle for the past 3 years was unemployed due to covid. Financially, his family had been going through rough times. Having two daughters in college, he was trying to do any work to support his family. With his demise, his family has big hole to fill in terms of a loving husband, father, and a breadwinner. As you can imagine, his family is not at all prepared for the financial burden that comes along with a proper Buddhist funeral services. That is why I am reaching out to you all in hopes that you’ll show your support.
We are planning a modest but proper Buddhist ceremony and provide some financial help to cover the costs of surviving short while. Every little bit helps. His family needs all the support he can get.
Thank you so much for even considering donating and for taking the time to read about my sweet uncle. I am sure if you had met him, you would smile along with him.
As my uncle smiles from heaven, we will all cherish his fond memories and try to emulate his charismatic smile.
Blessings,
