Funeral and expenses for Rob Gottfried's Family

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved Father, Husband, Brother and Friend Robert Gottfried on March 10, 2023. Due to the shock of this sudden loss, our family is not prepared for the financial responsibilities that come along with the handling of funeral expenses and other costs.

Robert Gottfried, a devoted and loving father to 3 beautiful boys, Jake 18, Mathew 17 and Kyle 11 passed away in his sleep this morning.

After someone loses a loved one, there are many things to take care of and unfortunately, financial circumstances don’t always play out the way we want them to. Being able to afford funeral services is just one of those things and many families struggle for this first step. I never imagined that my best friend would be in the circumstance of having to make make a request for funeral donations from family, friends and our community.

While this certainly feels awkward or inappropriate, I know I am not alone and that many of our friends and family will actively be looking for ways they can support Tami and her boys during this difficult time.

As we mourn his loss, we also want to honor his memory.

We are raising funds to help cover the funeral and burial expenses and to assist our family in getting their financial house in order during this challenging time.

Rob was a hard-working father that honed his trade in construction and building materials. He was adored by his friends and colleagues for his quick-witted humor and easy-going personality. To his 3 sons, he was everything. They loved him beyond words.

His passing has left a void that cannot be replaced, but I believe that by coming together as a community, we can provide some relief and support to their family during this tough time.

All funds raised through this campaign will go directly towards the funeral and burial expenses of Robert Gottfried and towards helping his family get their financial affairs in order. The family will use these funds to cover any expenses related to the funeral and burial and to help with any financial obligations that they may face as a result of Rob’s passing.

Robert Gottfried touched the lives of so many people throughout our community. By supporting his family during this challenging time, we can honor his memory and help ease the burden of their loss. We appreciate any support you can offer to help cover the funeral and burial expenses and assist the family in getting their financial house in order.
