Hello, my name is Savannah Lange. I’m the daughter of Kelly Greathouse-Evola. 2 years ago my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and Frontotemporal Dementia. This disease has ravaged her body and her mind. We have been in the hospital with her for over a week due to what we thought was just a cold but unfortunately my mother is not going to get better or come home. She is currently receiving palliative care at Liberty Hospital. As we sit and wait for my mother’s journey to heaven we have been having to do the unthinkable and start planning her funeral and giving her the send off she deserved and wanted and just a week away from her 59th birthday. She doesn’t have life insurance and honestly, her only being 58 we thought we had way more time. Anything helps. Even a share, a prayer.
