It is with deep and profound sadness that we say farewell to Heather, a mother, daughter, sister, and friend. A beautiful shining light has been taken from us far too soon.
Heather’s journey in life began with her mother in 1984. Through joys and challenges, they stuck together building a life and many cherished friendships. She attended daycare and preschool at the University of Calgary while her mom finished school then moved on to Briar Hill Elementary, Sir John A. MacDonald Jr. High, John G. Diefenbaker High School, and Bow Valley College. She was working to complete her studies in geophysics at the University of Calgary at the time of her passing. Heather loved fiercely and deeply, no one more so than the light of her life, her son, Bryson Nevers.
Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North, Calgary, AB), on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com
Heather's family is devastated and some additional help in funding the remaining funeral expenses would be appreciated.
