As some of you may know two years ago we made a gofundme when our dad got diagnosed with colon cancer. He fought a very long and hard fight before God called him home. The support that we received was beyond generous that it granted us so much hope. Not just financial hope but, hope in the goodness of our friends, family, and even in complete strangers. Now two years later, with such profound sorrow, we create a new plea for financial help to assist us with his funeral.

We want everyone to know that the money that was initially raised was put to such good use. With it, we were able to pay for his surgery, medical supplies, medication, and were able to financially support him because he was unable to work due to his health condition. When all said and done, the day that our dad took his last breath we still had $290.00 remaining from that same gofundme. Of course, the remaining balance will be put toward giving our father a proper burial but unfortunately, it is not nearly enough.

Our father was never materialistic and he always gave more than he received. If you knew Leo you knew he was a man who would give his own shirt off his back to anyone who needed it, or the food off of his plate, and even offered his home to many. If you did not get the chance to meet or know him we ask that you think about his children, grandchildren, siblings, etc. that you may know because so much of who we are was influenced by our father. His presence will be felt and mourned forever, and because he was such a giving and humble human being in his life here on Earth, we want nothing more than to be able to provide him with a proper burial as he had wished. Any donations you can provide would go directly to his funeral expenses. No donation is too small and we truly appreciate every penny.
