The investigation is underway, it may have started as a hit and run, with Noe and Conchiz not at fault. If anyone has information about the investigation that could help please contact HPD. Conchiz passed away at the scene but Noe held on to say goodbye for a couple more days. Noe joined his mom Barbara Rose Garcia and wife Conchis in heaven on Monday, May 15th 2023.

Noe and Conchis, high school sweethearts, are survived by their children Barbara and Noe Resendiz Jr whom are being cared for by their aunt Rosa Valdez and uncle Hector. Noe and Conchis both loved their children very much and their new care takers will need as much help as possible, as well as money for the funeral. Noe also loved the hot dog business and being partners with his best friend Conchis. With the help of his aunt Deborah Casanova and uncle Chris Tyznik they were running a successful business. They were just starting to think about expanding and it is unfortunate their journey ended so soon. They loved each other so much it is bittersweet they remain together forever.
