Noah Shane Martin was born June 11th, 2007 in Salt Lake City, Utah and completed his earthly journey on December 24th, 2019 at his home, surrounded by his family. His heart finally stopped beating but he never stopped being brave.
Noah was born with a sick heart. He received the gift of 12 beautiful years from his heart donor when he was 21 days old. His angel heart made our years together possible and we will forever be grateful to his donor family and their willingness to say yes to organ donation.
The things Noah loved most was his family and his home. He was always happiest at home or having family fun days going bowling and out to dinner.
