I learned that one of our community members, Joseph Jarvis, a 77 year old veteran, who lived at 1890 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10035 passed away and do not have any next to kin to cover all the funeral expenses. Veteran’s Services will cover some of the cost, but there is still a deficit of $4,000 to cover the cost of the service and casket.

I am putting together a GoFundMe page to help raise the $4,000 we need to give Joseph the memorial he deserves. We do not want Joseph to end up in Potter's Field. He served bravely for us, now it is our turn to serve him. Please give what you can, no amount is too small. I thank you for your help.
