Funeral Aid for Curtis Johnson Jr’s Family

I come to you as humble as I know how, as Jabrayah Johnson’s mother. My name is Brittany Smith.

On February 23, 2025, Kamal Sha’ir once known as Curtis Johnson Jr was called home. Aged 37, Very talented young man, awesome father and great son. His kids were his absolute everything. He is the father of my 7 year old daughter, a 11 year old son and a three year old son. It saddens us that after he worked and dedicated his time and efforts to his employment. While going through his Crohn’s Disease complications he wasn’t able to provide the proper documents and they ended his Life Insurance Policy. While he was in the hospital, unfortunately he wasn’t able to have his phone for days at a time to take care of corporate things. We thought things were prepared, however at this time, we are having to take on the financial responsibilities of burying our loved one. We are asking for the help of the community. At this time all donations would be greatly appreciated.
