It saddens my heart so greatly to have yet again to be burying another brother and true friend that I so deeply loved/love. Heartbroken can't even describe the emotions our family is experiencing right now!

Its true grief looks different in each person but I truly feel the good and giving ways Shannon Smith expressed to each person he met will never be forgotten! That smile was so contagious and let's not ever forget that infectious laugh. Life was hard for him however he dealt with it the best he could.

Unfortunately his body fought as long as it could and he took his last breathe in the wee morning hours of Monday 01/20/2025 just hours after his 40th wedding anniversary. His two precious sons are doing their best to hold it together to get accomplished what needs to be done and to continue to care for their mom; Arlene, who is on an extremely fixed income.

Although, Shannon was in failing health he always pulled through; but this time his body was too weak! We know there are so many of you who have story after story of how he has helped them in pass out of the kindness of his heart and pure love! It's not our nature to ask for help but there is a need and time is of the essence, so if u can of any amount we will be forever grateful!

I personally ask that you never my brother uniqueness, kind ways, and love for Jehovah God!
