Searching for jobs is hard

A while ago I had set up a campaign to help support me financially as I assisted victims of torture. I believe this was three years ago and I am now looking to return to a different, community-based type of work after 8 years and, er, it's been an experience. Sadly, printing out rejection letters and framing them with uncooked pasta is just not something you can put on your CV, and I need help carrying me until a switch of careers. I am not going to find myself and open a bakery in Maine, although most of those who know me know I bake a mean cornbread.

In exchange for donations I will provide the following:

- updates on wardrobe changes during conferences for which I am not paid,

- provide  top 5 of the most surreal rejection letters,

- anti-inspirational quotes provided to me by friends, family, my constant hate-watching of Gilmore Girls,

- a return of the Weimar Britain updates,

- a thorough unofficial fact-checking of news sources that don't use lawyers as their sources,

and many more. In fact it's a bit like a Patreon, except I don't intend for this to be permanent.

For large donors I will share a cornbread recipe.

I am most thankful.
