This is Scotty, a fifteen-year-old boy who is just starting out in his life and excited for what it may bring him. Through the years, Scotty has suffered from low muscle tone and density, though has powered through it with strength and hope.

Recently, Scotty and his family have learned that a much more serious condition has arisen. His kidneys, due to their smaller size, have started to shut down and are continuing to fail at a rapid pace. As of December 20th 2014, Scotty has had surgery through his neck, to receive dialysis three times a week as his kidney failure continues to worsen at an alarming rate. His family is hopeful that he will be put on the list to receive a transplant and also to find a donor within the family that is a match, but have yet to see this happen.


Please help in any way possible, a little goes a long way and every bit counts. Scotty and his family would appreciate nothing more than something hopeful to look forward to.
