Hello, 

Over lockdown I decided to write a children’s book about my little boy, who has complex additional needs, as I didn’t think there were enough children’s books about kids like him (who are super amazing btw). Anyway, I submitted it to some publishers on a whim and one of them has offered to publish my book! 

However, they require a contribution of at least £2500. As parents of a disabled child, this is money we simply don’t have. But we would love to publish the book to 1) increase acceptance of disabilities and2) raise some money for our local charity Ruby’s Fund, who do so much to help children like Max and their parents. 

A percentage of any profits made by the book will be donated to Ruby’s Fund, andso we are trying to raise enough money to get the book published.
