Hello, yesterday on Wednesday 16th July our dog Winnie escaped the back garden. We tried to catch him for hours and came so close but unfortunately he ran out on to a dual carriageway and was hit by a car. Luckily pets at home were across the road and ran out and took him in for emergency surgery. This cost us £950 and then for out of ours care it’s cost a further £2000, that is only for 24 hours. To get Winnie the proper help and treatment it’ll be anywhere up to a further 5000-9000 pounds. We were told that Winnie was insured however we have found out through this that he wasn’t. Therefore we are having to fund it ourselves which we simply cannot do. If you can share about or donate to help keep our Winnie alive it would be massively appreciated, thank you.
