Funds to Help Pay Josie’s Vet Bill

Update: Josie is at the vet currently and Amber received the estimate for x-rays, bloodwork, medication and for the medical procedures necessary to fix her injuries. The estimate or for $5000.

Dear friends and community members,

We are reaching out to you on be half of our dear friend Amber, who has always been there for us whenever we needed her. Now, she needs our help. Josie Bean went missing Friday 3/24 at 6pm in the Seabright neighborhood. Amber and her community have been tirelessly searching for Josie day and night. Putting up flyers, contacting animal shelters and rescues, walking all around town searching for her, going door to door and posting on social media. Today on Wednesday, March 29th she was found hiding in someone’s backyard under a pile of wood!! During her days missing she was hit by a truck and is going to need medical attention.

Adding to her distress, Amber has recently experienced a setback in her work hours, resulting in a significant reduction in her income. She is now struggling to make ends meet and now she will have the added expenses of the vet bill to pay for Josie’s care.

As a community, we can come together to help our friend in need. We have set up this GoFundMe page to assist Amber to help her with her financial needs.
