Maddie went to the hospital in mid-December with multiple organ failures. She had many complications, including meningitis, that ultimately made her body unstable. At 8:28pm on Friday, January 13th Maddie peacefully took her last breath.
Her family will be working out the service arrangements over the next couple of days but we are in need of help to cover all of the expenses. Please donate if you find it in your heart to help. Any remaining funds will be used to support Marley and Laura.
Marley and Laura are in a safe, stable situation. We will be working to help them recover and get the mental health help they need to make it through this.

THANK YOU ALL! My heart is full and I am beyond thankful for everyone’s support and love. We have spent the morning playing with the kids, remembering the good times and working on plans to celebrate Maddie's life.
Maddie was someone who valued her friends and above anything else she celebrated her kids daily. Maddie and I had experience with funerals and one thing we learned is that we didn't want the "traditional" type of service when it was our time.
Myself (her brother) and her family have all agreed to wait until the Spring to have a “Life Celebration in the Park” we will be working on dates and details over the next couple of weeks to ensure her friends and family can join. This will be KID-friendly and in a space to allow for the kids, family, and friends to have a causal day to remember Maddie. These generous donations will be very helpful with allowing us to afford this celebration and to ensure Marley and Laura are given positive memories of this time in their lives.
