Help Tyler Apply to Medical School!

Hi! My name is Tyler, and I'm currently a high school science teacher. I love to help others (especially kids), and I've always dreamt of one day being a doctor. Now I'm working on making that dream come true, and I need your help.
My fundraising goal is $5000 which will cover all of my primary/ secondary applications and travel expenses for interviews. This would cover the $160 fee needed to start the application process as well as the $40 fee for each school. Getting accepted to medical school is a numbers game, and I'm applying to 15 schools. Additional fees are accrued due to followup (secondary) applications which can be over $100 each. The last major fee is covering travel expenses and hotel fees for in-person interviews.
I really believe in working for what you earn, but as a high school teacher, saving enough for applications has been difficult while paying student loans and family expenses. Once accepted to medical school, I plan on paying for school by serving as a physician in the military for several years.
Ideally, I'd like to have the funds to apply by June 1st, because applications open up around that time, and I'd like to have the advantage of applying early to school.
I worked my way through college, and I've worked hard to cover my student loan payments, so it's really hard for me to ask for funding, but anything you give would make a big difference. I will be forever grateful for ANY AND ALL donations. I mean it! By donating to my cause, you will be helping me fulfill my dream of becoming the first doctor in my family.
