Funds in Support of the Aquino-Fernandez Family

Fidel Aquino Diaz passed as a hardworking man. He left Mexico to come to California at 18 years old to work for his family. He worked in the restaurant industry, because a U.S. citizen, he started a family and became a fire sprinkler fitter. He worked in Nor-Cal Fire Protection for 18 years. He was a dedicated worker who never said no and was the first to offer help.

On Tuesday, March 16, he went to work and didn’t come back. He suffered a terrible work accident and passed instantly.

“My dad was the funniest and most charismatic man. He always had a smile on his face and loved to make jokes with everyone. He taught everyone to be patient and kind. He cared and loved his family deeply. He was a provider and made sure we were taken care of. He was the definition of a present dad.”

Fidel left behind his wife, two daughters and son.

Fidel Aquino Díaz falleció siendo un hombre trabajador. Se fue de Mexico a los 18 años para California. Se vino para trabajar para poder ayudar a su familia. Trabajo en un restaurante, se hizo ciudadano, empezó una familia, y trabajo instalando rociadores contra incendios. Trabajo en la compañía Nor-Cal Fire Protection por 18 años. Era dedicado a su trabajo. Nunca decía que no, siempre fue el primero en ayudar. El Martes, 16 de Mayo sufrió un accidente en el trabajo y falleció.

“Mi papá era el más alegre y el más carismático. Siempre tenia una sonrisa y le encantaba ser chistes con todos. Enseño a todos hacer paciente y amable. El era la cabeza de la casa. Nunca los negaba nada y se aseguraba que estuvimos bien. El era la definición de un buen papá.”

Fidel dejó a su esposa, dos hijas y un hijo.
