Our friend, Sheri, is in the fight of her life against cancer and she needs our help.
We (Becky and Diane) have been Sheri’s friends since we were young girls. Through the 40 years of friendship, we’ve celebrated marriages and the birth of children. We’ve also mourned the loss of parents and loved ones and been there for each other through thick and thin.
Sheri endured a lot in her first marriage and divorce. She found love a second time with Matthew Dahleen. Their romance was cut short when Matthew was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic cancer. Sheri married him and became his caregiver while lovingly staying by his side until he passed. It was a heart-wrenching loss. Sheri dug deep. The mother of 4 and grandmother of 7, she surrounded herself with her family.
In September of 2019, Sheri was diagnosed with cancer and is currently receiving both chemotherapy and radiation treatment to rid herself of that cancer. It is the fight of her lifetime. We, her lifelong friends, don’t want her to worry about anything other than beating the cancer and healing so she can get back to the people she loves. She could use our financial support during this difficult time.
