My name is DJ Wallace. Yesterday, on January 26, 2026, my father, Roger Wallace, passed away suddenly. He had just come home from working a double shift as a Police DIspatcher in Acton, MA. As with most of the country these past two days, we’ve endured a massive snowstorm, in which he drove home after his shifts.
At this moment, we are not sure if he died of a heart attack or from carbon monoxide poisoning, as he was plowing his driveway in his truck, and he was found stuck in the snow.
My father, Roger, died just four days shy of his 63rd birthday.
My dad leaves behind his beautiful wife, Kim Wallace, a homemaker, and my two younger siblings, Ben and Izzy.
Due to certain health issues, Kim is unable to drive or work outside the home. My dad did all the driving, grocery shopping, errands, as well as making sure everyone got to their health appointments.
Kim does an amazing job raising my siblings, as well as running a peaceful and well~run home.
In short, however, they have unfortunately lost their sole breadwinner. They need funds for groceries, household and medical bills, rides to get essentials, as well as funeral costs for my dad’s services.
I understand a lot of people are struggling right now, so if you can donate even $5.00, we would be so appreciative. Whatever amount is welcome. We are very grateful for your help. Thank you so much.
