Hi, I'm Sarah, one of Patti's many, many friends. You may have heard by now that Patti is in the hospital after a severe stroke and she needs our help.

The type of stroke she had has compromised her basilar artery, which is the main artery that supplies blood to the back portion of your brain.

In the short term these funds will be used to cover her bills, provide some comforts in the hospital, and make sure she doesn't have to worry about anything at home in the coming months. As she recovers her longer term needs will become clearer and we'll keep this updated.

Her sons Simon and Avery are focused on taking care of her so I'm doing this with their permission.
