This family needs our help! I am asking the community to help my good friend Jose Alvarado, known to his friends as Ney. He urgently needs our help with raising funds for a life threatening colon surgery. He is the father of three, in Bolinas, with a soon to be fourth child, in September.  Our goal into meet $15,000, it will pay for half of the operation. An anonymous donor will match the contributions to meet the $30,000 expense of the operation. He is a vital member of our community, a hard working landscaper in West Marin and loving father to his children. His children and the community are counting on our contributions to give this family a future.
