Hello everyone,

I am reaching out to ask for your support in funding Moshi's surgery. Our beloved cat has been diagnosed with breast cancer and needs a radical mastectomy to treat the condition.

Moshi has been a cherished member of our family for the past 10 years, bringing us joy and comfort. She was found in a fruit box as a baby by us, Mari and Kat, who had no prior experience with raising cats but learned with Moshi. Since then we have taken her everywhere we go.

Recently, we noticed a couple of lumps while petting Moshi and took her to the vet for examination. The diagnosis showed that she has three tumors, two on the left side measuring 2 cm each, and one on the right side measuring 4 cm. The good news is that the x-rays showed that Moshi's lungs are clear, so far this means that cancer has not spread there and after the surgery, she might have a better outcome.

The cost of the surgery is significant and we do not want to say goodbye to Moshi. She is more than just a pet to us, she is a family member, and we want to do everything in our power to help her recover. The first surgery is scheduled for this Friday, 2/10, with a second surgery to follow after 5-6 weeks of recovery.

We are hopeful that with the surgery, Moshi will make a full recovery and will not need further treatments such as chemotherapy. However, a definite prognosis is not yet available.
