Hello, my name is Tanya and on April 25/2026 I had an injury happen to me, in my back yard, from a weed eater with a metal blade, which has caused me to not be able to walk or drive since. The blade let go after about 3 minutes using the machine, for the first time. Had it cut me a millimeter more, I wouldnt be here today, as it would have hit the main artery. I had surgery the following day, to repair 2 tendons in my foot/ankle. I have since been in an aircast the past month, with the prognosis at this point being 2 to 3 years of healing. I have yet to start physio.

The reason I am trying to reach this goal is I have been asked by my lawyer to put in $5,000 to cover the cost of a medical expert he would like me to see, this is not covered by our medical and also, for some research that will need to be done by his team, since the product was purchased online and its not as simple as going into the store to complain.

I would be so grateful to be able to receive help with this, as I am on disability and unable to pay what is needed. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. This isnt easy to ask, anyone that knows me, knows just how hard this is for me, I have been independant my whole life.
