Hi my name is Dannii and I am fundraising for going to Lourdes in France for a week at Easter 2027 with a group of young people with a charity organisation called HCPT. HCPT have taken countless young children and vulnerable adults over the last 70 years, either at Easter or in the summer.

This Easter coming, will be my 4th year going since 2019, and 2026 saw the 70th anniversary of HCPT starting. My journey this year will be a little different, the last 3 years I have gone (2019, 2024 and 2026) were with Group 9 in orange but this year I have decided to venture out and go with a completely different group with totally different needs. Here is to future trips and one of many with group 141.

Due to COVID the prices have risen with helpers fares being from £1100 upwards and beneficiaries, (the young people we take) upwards of £1200. Any donation will greatly appreciated by myself and my group and will go towards my group for being able to take another beneficiary or just increase our groups pot for doing activities whilst we’re in Lourdes.

This charity and allowing children the opportunity to explore and experience this give me such joy, due to the fact that they may not be able to get this opportunity to go abroad.
