An ICU Nurse that has helped save the lives of loved ones around the country needs your help in saving the life of her husband.

On October 16th, our amazing friend Jeff Bennett was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. Jeff has a magnetic personality and has spent his life helping others, whether it’s helping people bring their dreams to reality in building cars, houses, additions or repairs. Jeff has helped countless people regardless of their ability to pay. Upon seeing news that Charlotte County Humane Society’s roof was destroyed by a hurricane, Jeff jumped into action and replaced the entire roof. Jeff is the guy that you see at the side of the road changing a tire for a stranger or helping a stranger that is struggling to lift something into their car. Jeff’s only hope for survival is the costly, lifesaving medications that he’ll need. Jeff started chemotherapy today in hopes to put this deadly cancer into remission. None of these lifesaving medications are covered by the insurance policy Brigitte and Jeff currently have.

Brigitte, Jeff’s wife of 39 years, had dedicated her life to helping others as a Traveling Registered Nurse. Brigitte was scheduled to start her new assignment next week, when she received life changing news that her new job would be caring for her husband. Despite being the guiding light for thousands of patients and families, Brigitte and Jeff do not have lifesaving prescription drug insurance.
