What I didn't include in the video is the additional body work I'm doing which isn't covered by insurance. I'm using as many modalities as possible to address every level possible for optimal healing.

Overall, this has been a blessing for me. I'm healing on multiple levels and am feeling deeply connected to parts of myself I've taken for granted for years. It's like I'm welcoming myself home. Plus, my baseline health is excellent--I just happen to have a visitor in my body that I'm loving and healing which requires time, energy and money.
