My name is Julie Harper, and I am seeking donations to help. My husband died on January 9th, 2026, and I am currently trying to raise funds so I can get his cremation and his death certificate. I don't know how to express what I'm feeling. My husband was my life, my heart, my everything. I'm lost without him.

So here's the bottom line: In order for me to get my husband cremated, it's going to cost me $995. I am completely broke; I don't have that money. I'm also going to need $14 to get a certificate to prove to places like Social Security and some medical insurance companies so I can close out his accounts. You can't close anybody's account without their death certificate, and we have a few expenses that need to be taken care of.

My husband took care of everything, made sure we had everything we needed. Now that he's passed away, we don't have the money to take care of him. I know I need to go back to work so I can pull myself up by my bootstraps, but that is kind of difficult to do right now while trying to figure out how I'm going to get this money together to take care of my husband. I can't even grieve properly because of it.

My husband and I were married for over 30 years, and just like that, in the blink of an eye, he was gone. I don't know if this is going to help me get what I need, but I hope so. To all those who donate, thank you. It's appreciated more than you know.
