I fell 20 feet through a skylight while at work and landed on concrete. I've got a broken pelvis and a broken arm. I got a x-fix through my body that holds my pelvis together. I need money for my ambulance ride from the UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama to Indiana where I live. My insurance covers most of my hospital fees, but it don't cover all my costs like transportation and 25% of my medical equipment and medicine. I can't ride home in a car due to my having my x-fix on.
