Funds For Firsties Classroom!
Donation protected

Schools in Washington claim to provide the “basics,” meaning pencils, crayons, glue, etc. Sadly this is not always the reality. Most teachers are given a small box of supplies at the beginning of the year, and then get very little or nothing after September.
I am looking for some help in stocking my classroom for the year! I would love to buy basics like pencils, crayons, glue...but I’d also love to stock my classroom with books, blocks, playdough, magnet letters, and other manipulative items for reading and math centers! Additionally, my students eat lunch around 10:40 each day-I would love some assistance in providing them a small afternoon snack, as snacks are also not provided by the school.
If you are able to assist my students and me, we would be ever so grateful! If you aren’t comfortable donating cash, I’d also take physical donations! You can contact me if you’d prefer Thai route at [email redacted]
In addition to school supplies, I often purchase clothing and hygienic items for my students. Many of them come from struggling home situations and lack items like backpacks, coats, and shoes that fit properly. Any money left after purchasing classroom items will go to buying my sweet students what they need to be safe and properly clothed while in school. Again, if you’d like to donate clothing instead of cash, I’d gladly take that as well! Most of my students are a children’s medium.
